XOLO - Worst Service Provider

I purchased xolo Q1000S  on 15 April 2014. After using merely for 40 days, phone stopped functioning & became dead. Afterwards I went to service center to inquire about problem on 31 May 2014. Service center guy told that I’ll get my phone back within 15 days.


It’s almost 2 months now & still I did not receive any status on this.


Xolo provides worst service to the customer & is not at all responsible. Loyalty, responsibility kind of terms does not exists for them.


I called the service center guys, they said that call the customer care & this cycle will keep repeating, leaving you frustrated.
