I bought this mobile after lot of comparisons in Feb 2014 in Ahmedabad.(IMEI: 911351050039036). But soon realised that the product and service quality of the company is not geared to handle high end products. I am repenting for my purchase.
The mobile set has started frequent hanging, in fact it works only momentarily and then again hangs up. It all started just about a month after purchase. Till now I have thrice taken the instrument to vendor and service centre. Every time they do some upgradation, etc of software and commit that the problem will not recur.
But every time after 1/2 days the problem again crops up and things are back to square one. I am fed up with the instrument and am not able to use the handset after spending about Rs 19000/- on it. Am I supposed to keep visiting the service centre after spending such a heavy amount?
Will advise all to avoid the product.
