I have bought a Lava Xolo mobile from Mumbai on 6 April 2013. Ever since I bought the phone I have been trying to reach xolo support and have sent countless emails for some feature related issue. But I have not got any response from their side. When you call their toll free no they will make you wait for some 3 mins and after that the IVR will say that we will get in touch with you in 3 hours. Initially I was very happy to hear this but I realized that they have absolutely no support.
The after sales service or any kind of support doesnt exist. Dont know how Xolo is going to survive in India with this kind of service. I hope xolo helps me and fix this after sales service issue. There are many people I know who have bought xolo phones and now realizing there is no support for them. I can understand delays in customer service but its been 1 month there is no response from their service center xolo.
They do not have any service centers all over India and just based in Noida.
