I bought this phone from FLipkart considering the high rating and decent configuration , but what I got a faulty phone from FK. I got it replaced from them, but then ater few days I got Mic problem with this phone.
I called their customer care, sent it to their service center and then after 25 days of follow up with I should say pathetic, most unprofessional cutomer care of my life. I got my handset unrepaired today at their service center.
Service center man was not able to tell me anything.
These people don’t even answer to your mails, and their customer seems to sit in another world, they will never connect you to their higher official, neither they will give you address, name of the person who could answer your query satisfactorily.
Being a professional, I don’t have time to mess up with such unresponsive customer care service. It would be really helpful if someone could help me to get my phone back in right condition.
