When coming to customer support, I can’t bare guys, for me, heart attack itself will come, that much tension every time I call them and I mailed them, that much they had done and still they are doing. For about 4 months, my phone is in service centre. Still I didnt get my phone in working state, daily they are saying stupid reasons.
I even told that I will visit consumer court, but they are not showing any special care on that nor they don’t have any fear, I don’t have time to visit consumer court due to office, otherwise I might filed a case for sure. Trust me, I had called nearly 150 times (4 times daily), each person will say different answer, if we say, that a person told one answer, the another one will not accept each one will say different story, they didnt answered properly even for one time.
They returned my phone without servicing for 2 times, still my phone is not even switching on. Also I had asked 40 times to them to forward my call to the supervisor, not even one time they had done, they will tell that they will arrange a call back, but not even one time I got a call back from the supervisor even I told them 40 times. Really I never got that much tension in my life.
But I got with the experience from the Xolo. These incidents are really true. Please I beg you guys, don’t ever buy Xolo, we should ban that company having these much worst customer support. Also I bought it for 21000 rupees, now its 13000 rupees, they are cheating the customers, please, buy some other branded mobiles.
