I purchased xolo Q1000S on 15 April 2014. After using merely for 30 days, phone stopped functioning & became dead. Afterwards I went to service center to inquire about problem. Service center guy told that I’ll get my phone back within 15 days.Its almost more than 2 months & still I did not receive any status on this.
Even after calling number of times to customer care & xolo service centre, every time I get a response that "Phone is under repair" & you can collect it on the weekend, which never happens.
XOLO service people neither understand the pain of customer nor even provide a valid response to them.Such a irresponsible behavior to the product sold by a company which is promoting their products to all the channels with this kind of service. Better they should shut down their company or improve the service quality to at least upto satisfactory level as service provided by xolo is worst ever I have seen.
Now Im totally frustrated & irritated with the kind of service provided by them.They dont even agree to refund the money also. Given is the Bangalore service center of xolo which looks like none more than a mobile repair shop: F1 Solutions & Services P, VR Infoservice, 616 Ist Floor, 2nd Indiranagar, Bangalore
Guys please do not opt for XOLO otherwise you will regret on your decision later on.
