On 10 September 2015 I ordered a product from ShopClues which was sent by XpressBees courier on 12 September 2015. It took 5 days to be delivered. The shipment origin was Mumbai & the destination was Bhubaneswar.
Pros:
Website interface for tracking is good
Delivered my product(Yes it is a pro because Blue Dart didn’t)
Packaging was good, bubble wrap sheet was provided
Message alert - I received message alert on the day of delivery in the morning about the delivery.
Cons:
Slow delivery
Handling of the package was not so good because the box my product came in was molded & bended, though the product inside was intact.
Odd behavior by the delivery guy - When he knocked the door & I went to receive the item, he said that the Mobile phone Number I provided can not be connected. I said that My phone is on & up, there is no problem. The guy exhaled & said yeah what can I do, it’s not working. I don’t know what was he trying to prove & what was his intention of calling me beforehand.
Even if the delivery was late & slow, I am ok with it because Courier services like Blue Dart or First Flight don’t deliver the items at doorstep.
