I would not purchase from this company again. I placed an order for a Birthday present and did not ever receive any shipping information for more than a week. ( and yes, I did check my spam folder) . The company can only be contacted by email - they do not answer their phone other than every few days they check their voice messages. I sent two emails asking for the status of my order and even though they say that they will respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive any response.
According to their web site, they ship within 2-3 days. It’s been a week now and my order still hasn’t shipped and I can get no response from the company.
