Hi guys. Just wanted to update about the services provided by y-axis. Me and my friend registered with y-axis in 2019 in the month of November. Our process manager Ms. Priyanka Banerjee was the one who did all the counseling and showed a success story in our proceedings and elated us by giving false hopes that our process will be done within 6months and we will land in canada as there is a lot of demand of hospitality professionals. She did not give a proper counseling and she missed out on many things which we came to know later after we did the registration. So before the registration she was continuously in touch with us and was just behind us for the registration, we don’t know what was her motive behind that. It’s already a year now and we are just stuck with it and we know for sure that we are not going to go forward with this as we were misleaded with wrong information. We request the senior management for the refund of our money as we were cheated by your staff. We will wait for your response and the refund and we want quick action as we have waited for a long time. If this concern is not resolved then we have to register a complaint under fraud case.
