It has been very amazing messenger in recent years but I dont understand the new tactics they are coming up with, as it is now useful anymore, it was used mainly for voice and video calling services, atleast for me, but now there is no option of doing this, earlier messenger was also not working now.
I tried to install yahoo messenger 11 but after installing I am not able to log in, that means they have permanently terminated the old product which was very useful, now this new messenger have support for gif files and all, but main and important features are missing, so uninstalled it.
