Hi all yamaha lovers,
I am love with this bike from past 3 years.
Today I completed 3 years with this bike.
I am very happy to inform all you guys that the bike still rock solid as it was when I bought it.
Lets go point by point.
Performance : There is no doubt that this is still the best bike for speed and pick-up.
I tried racing this bike with CBZ, Pulser, Unicorn.
But all other bikes were way beyond me after 4-5 seconds.
Looks : It has the same classic look of RX100 the gem. Thanks to yamaha for not changing the looks.
Milage : It gives me around 45 KMPL in city conditions in bangalore.
I would suggest to use Speed as it really improves the performace of the bike and it gives you extra 5 KMPL. Also you can feel the smooth driving of the bike.
I am using Catrol 2T ( the blue one) from past 3 years. Its 10 Rs costlies than the regular one, but its a value for money. As I have not faced any major problems with the bike engine.
There is lot of room for improvement in the bike. The bike should have a fuel meter, trip meter, a good and conformtable handle lock. Also Yamaha should improve the engine lit bit. The bike lot of starting problem specialy in the morning. Also the head light shoud be more brighter than the current one. It look like a Luna is comming out of dark.
SO if you are looking for the a good bike and not too much worried about the milage the just go for it and you dont have to worry about the maintenance cost.
P.S. : NO ONE CAN MATCH RX100. Yamaha please come back with the old RX100.
