If these two bike are the only ones that I talking about going for R15 V3.O because it fells like pro it is one of my best bike in my collage life. so I suggested you to go for this bike. BUT you think to buy rs 200 it is not a good option from my opinion . you take first test drive of both the bike then you decided self which is bette.
