I purchased rx 100 in 1989 (silver grey) for rs.18800.00 after using it for 11 years in various cities from bombay to coimbatore I sold it for rs.24000 in 2000.
The bike earned while serving me. It is very agile, beautiful and its engine noise made my 2 years son to dance. Even after 10 years the exhause beats lingers in my mine.
Whenever I see any old rx 100 I just pat it , stand by it for some time. It is a master piece which no bike lovers of that time would forget. It didn’t give any trouble to me through out the time.
I rarely took it to workshops. But for the tyres and tubes I did not replace any of the moving parts.
