Yamaha Saluto is only great at milage which is 82kmpl but on performance basis it really lags at some roads.Having a 110cc engine, it runs like a 90cc low pickup engine.The bike has good built quality and quite stylish but at this price range, it lacks the desired performance.
Hence, I would say that launching this bike under brand of yamaha, then yamaha is only trying to degrade its brand name.
