Yet again yamaha people stand out in the rat race of bikes.
power is the motto and economy is the added attraction in the YBX . although the fuel economy is less but compared to other bikes its not bad either, its fair that if u want the pickup of a 2-stroker and the mileage of a 4-stroker Ybx is the only choice for u.Its an amazing bike , superb manouverability , phenomenal pick up and light in weight as well.
Suitable for city driving condition. It takes the rough with the smooth in ease. Suitably designed for city condition can be called as citi bike.
The ybx has both the mileage and the power to satisfy your needs(125cc, 11bhp and gives around 50 kmpl). The good seating from the contemporary yamahas and better feel.
after buying this vehicle, i suppose I cant say anything bad about it.
There are various reasons I decided to go for a Ybx
1: IT has got good style combined with enormous performance.
2: The mantainence is okay as the rear is all plastic for better and fast riding.
3: I touched a top speed of 110 kmph and the bike was stable then too. 11.5 bhp powerful engine. The caliber Splendor, fiero, challenger, lml adreno, lml energy, and the 2-stroker samurai etc bikes eat dust of my bike.
4: Engine is silky smooth at lower rpms only at high rpm vibrations are felt.
5: The all new flasher head light & Push-turn cancel indicators are cool inventions.
6 The mileage is good . I get a mileage of 40-45 in bad $ rough driving but thats good for the power it delivers.
7: I had to Choose between CBZ and YBX and I went for the ybx as I got the bike in 4 days with registration against the costly cbz with a delivery period of more than a month.
the reason me buying a ybx was price . I own a rx 100 and wanted a 4-stroker.
If u want mileage go for splendor (old model thats great, the new one is a pain)
If u want looks buy a Cbz(have a big heart and pocket if u want it)
if u want speed buy rx-135 5-speed(own a petrol pump first)
If u want everything of above buy a YBX
