As we talk about the satisfaction of customers towards tata motors so according to me it is the worst experience in my life when I visited to YASH MOTORS to purchase a new suv car . Because I had found that the financial management was not able to implement proper financial plans that’s why many customers after purchasing car from here are not fully satisfied. But the staff of YASH MOTORS is very faithful with customers even the mechanics and daily wages workers are also very faithful but in the absence of organisational harmony they are still ignored by the top level of management.
