Yatra.com recently launched ’Online Ticket Cancellation’ service. We can now cancel domestic air tickets online, any time, with money refund to the account/credit card. Also, by opting to cancel your ticket online we can save upto Rs150.
This service is simple and can be done in a few simple steps. We just need to log in to the’My Bookings’ section of yatra.com and then click on the’Yatra Reference No.’ or the’Flight Details’ link. Then move to the’Cancel Flight’ tab, and select the passengers for whom the ticket needs to be cancelled and then go to the’Review’ section to verify the cancellation details. To conclude, click on the’Cancel Flight’ button and the air ticket will be cancelled.
This facility is available for full and partial cancellation. We can cancel only one part of a booking, such as one part of the itinerary or the ticket of just one passenger. For this, we just need to make the relevant selection during the cancellation process.
