Today I want to share this review about yatra.com
I have used yatra.com to make a bus booking with Himachal volvo travels and that was my worst experience as a online booking.
First of fall when I tried to make the payment through UPI. I did not got any confirmation or any sms regarding my booking and their is no customer support number on yatra”s website, by struggling alot. I found one number on google that was of hotel department and they transfered my call to bus and rail deprtment.
After explaining my problem I was informed that if amount is charged it will be automatically refunded but till now I have not received any amount in my account, its been 2 months from that incident.
Now I have stopped making calls to them as I am not getting any resolution.
