I have been using yatra.com website a lot for mainly domestic travel bookings.
I wanted to say that, this one is the most useful as I have found.
The website gives a lot of options for travel related solutions.
The domestic booking gives a lot of airlines options and pretty good offers.
I especially like their airfare calendar and their other innovative ideas.
I recently made a booking through yatra, which was non transferable, but refundable.
SInce I had to reschedule the flight, I made a cancellation.
They were prompt in refunding the promised amount.
Customer service is easy to get through and they were helpful.
I haven’t seen big differences in fares with other websites, sometimes slightly higher and sometimes lower. But it’s their customer service which makes me use their website again.
One thing which they didn’t help me out was one of their offers, which wasn’t offered to me with no apparent reason once.
