I have booked a hotel through yatra.com for month of april 2010 in chandigarh. I paid the amount as per they said to the said bank account but still evev after 4 days of doing so I haven’t received any hotel confirmation .i always receive a call each time I loggin to yatra and write a complaint but each time I get the same reply that the representative who have asked me to deposit the money is on leave!
call at yatra.com toll free number - it is more troublesome than going to hotel itself and have a straight booking!
overall my experience with yatra.com was very bad!
I strongly recommend that these sites should have some controlling person who should be easily traceable!i request to those who make their bookings through yatra- think twice before you do!
