Followed up for 14 hours with over 18 calls and got the same stupid answers. payment gateway not working for AMEX cards, after which they said ticket booked if you send an authorization letter, credit card copy and passport copy, all sent within 10 mins and I have emails to prove every work in the email.
After that again several calls and several promises that the tickets will be done in 1-2 hours of course nothing, and THEN the climax the agent yatra"expert" forgets to reissue the ticket and gets bumped off and then coolly says please take another flight as this one is now not available!
