LACK OF LEGITIMATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
As a suffered customer of YATRA.COM want to make all aware of the horrifying customer service they provide.
I availed a ticket through yatra.com of Spicejet airlines on behalf of the Managing Director of my company and faced a treacherous issue regarding the flight time as it delayed and hanged up for 2 hours 30mins and also the time frequently changed for 2 to 3 times in minutes and my sir missed a very important meeting with business delegates due to lack of time.
Called yatra immediately but to my utter surprise, they said that they cannot help us in any way regarding this situation and we have to directly contact Spicejet for it.
This reply turned as a nightmare for me. My question is if you are availing the services of SpiceJet then you should also bear the responsibility for the same.
But they are not bothered at all and also mentioned that I have to solve the issue all by myself.
My objective in writing this review is to convey all reading this review as well as to the other innocent customers of Yatra and also to business communities making sure that they should not get fooled by the company in near future.
Please avoid Yatra service and go for direct booking as they will harass you in no time and also will put you in a horrifying state turning you helpless during urgency.
