Me and my family decided to go to a trip from manali to shimla and after not having enough knowledge and not much travel guides we booked in yatra.com .We did every procedure paid in cash and everything and was promised an innova will be provided.But to our craziest shock a sumo came to pick us up and that horrible comfort you cannot even travel 5km let alone 500.We then argued and next day we were given an tempo traveller which was a better option.
Then af ter we travelled and reached our destination we were told to give a 4 star hotel and then all of a sudden they changed the venue and were given a 2 star type pathetic room where we had to share room with 2 alcohal drinkers . Such a worse experiance .
Then we travelled in shimla for site seeing but then they told us to pay them for further room booking and luggage carrying charges to which we were shocked and angry.The person was very very ridiculously rude and we often feared he might just leave us as most of the time he was not even picking up the calls and we almost called police as we were afraid he might run away taking our luggage .
We then decided to just go next day to which he asked for money as he said we wasted his time and we threatened him of police and consumer court and like a wet cat he shut his mouth .To which silently he responded by not picking uo out luggage from the hotel we had to book as we couldn’t trust them anymore to which he said as it was our own arrangement he didn’t do it.Also he provided us with a sumo again so we can go home tired and frustrated to which we called cops and he agreed to take us to a tempo traveller and our whole journy was just a frustration nothing else and the whole way we just fought and fought nothing else.
I can never ever ever tell you to go to yatra .com.Please dont and say no to this.Its just worst and more than worst.
