My holidays were came so I thought of going for a trip to shimla.My friend suggested me of Yatra.com so I signed up with it and found a good plan with expenses of 10000 rupees and selected the package.But due to heavy workload my holidays were postponed to next month so I have to cancel my trip but when I canceled my trip I didn’t receive any refunds.
Even though after 6 days so contacted the customer care and they said that I didn’t cancel my trip so I will not get any refund from them.It is wasteful and fraud website.
