I booked one Maldives holiday package few days back for my honeymoon from Yatra.com. Package booking details as below.Total no of night: 3 nights /4 days. Below are the concern points on the pathetic package booking and cheating done by yatra side
1) 3 days night package
I reached Male airport at 10.15AM on 11th July. When I checked with the resort staff I came to know my local transport to resort was booked for 1.30PM so I had to wait in the airport for 4hrs. Finally I reached the resort at 3PM around.
My return flight was 11.15 AM on 14th July but my hotel checkout time was 4.30AM in the morning. So I had to wake up at 3.30 AM get ready and checkout by 4.30 AM. The local trasport to airport was at 6 AM. I reached Male airport at 7 AM and had to wait for 4hrs again for my flight back.
To if I see the times my package was for 2.5 nights and 3 days around . and had to spend a lot of time at airport because of poor booking by Yatra person.
2) Resort facilities
As per my package below activities were included in the package
"From tennis court, sauna, fitness centre, fishing, skiing, games room, spa and wellness centre to massage, billiards, table tennis, karaoke, windsurfing, darts, hot tub, library, canoeing, BBQ facilities, cycling, diving, squash, snorkeling, mini golf and outdoor pool; you have them all under one roof"
I specifically asked Mr Siddhant Singhal(Travel consultant looking after my booking) on the activities over mail and he replied everything is included in the package and I can use them for free. I have the confirmation mail from Siddhant also with me.

When I reached to the resort and asked I was informed by the Resort staff that my package has no activities included and I need to pay for all activities separately.
Below are the activities which I was told I can used for free(by Yatra) but were not free in reality - sauna, fitness centre
In the end I had to spend$400+ for the few resort activities that I did.
So in conclusion I was cheated and provided with false information from "Yatra" and "International Holidays" person.
Booking my honeymoon trip from Yatra.com was biggest mistake from my side. It caused me more pain and I could hardly enjoy the trip.
I am writing this review to make people aware about the pathetic service provided by Yatra.com.
