Please dont book your ticket from them, they are unprofessional, and they are not on their promises. I Jimmy Singh Booked the Ticket on 20 Dec 2010 around 9 PM from IAD to Delhi.
The customer service (Harsh) booked my ticket and he sent me some documents to sign, I signed and fax it back to him deal done and he said they gonna email me E-ticket to my email Address, but Before the sales rep (Paul) he called me and asked $30 more.
I said I paid everything and done everything with harsh, I also asked him him to talk to his supervisor, he deny and said they all busy. I was keep asking him why should I pay more if I done everything.
Then at the end he said he gonna cancel my hold ticket, and when I asked him to tell me his name again, he hang up on me.
As a customer I need a reason for this call and I really want why YATRA.com do a promise with customers if they cant stay on it. I want somebody can follow this case.
