I visited kerala last year on 4th of December 17 as the package was designed by yatra.
Though our trip was fine however it’s very difficult to reach customer care. Sometimes I feel Yatra customer care only care for those who are about to make payments for their journey but not for those who have made the full payment. Yatra provided free photography services however I have not got our photos as of now. It’s very very very difficult to reach them as they keep transferring the call to another.
