I am really sorry to say that https://yatra.com is too bad in refunding.The occurrence was in the month of September -25-2010 but still the refund is not reflected in my account.It is related with my baby daughter ‘s fare in our Indigo flight from Hyderabad to Kolkata with Yatra Booking reference no – 01081010181. Yatra have deducted Rs-803/- as her fare but Indigo people told me that it is not received-and I need to pay again at airport.
I pay the amount and after coming back I contact again Yatra.com through e-mail on Oct-4-2010.I got a confirmation from Yatra.com on 17th Oct 2010 that “We would like to inform you that your refund of Rs. 803.00 has been processed on 05 Oct 2010 from our end and this is the authorization code 953572 you are requested to kindly check with your bank regarding the same.”
I contacted Citibank regarding the same with the Code and got reply that there is no amount came down from Yatra.com or any other party till date.Can anyone tell me –what should I do further-Consumer Court or Put a complaint as per IPC 430/420a?
