Yatra is a biggest fraud ever seen. The is no customer care number on the app for flight booking. Also if you try to connect with them on chat, they will never get connected for flight. This is done purposely so that customers get harassed and never get connected. On the flight tickets they mentioned 30 kg baggage allowance and in the airline they mentioned 23 kg. No support from Yatra on this. Complete scammers
