Never ever book a trip from yatra. Once booked, they will never take care of your problems. All the hotels booked in my trip to kerala are very far from original locations in remote places where there is no roads or no connectivity and took around 1 hour to 2 hour to reach.

They promised of providing a 3 hotel, but hotel green ark doesnt even provide a basic fan leave beyond the voltage fluctuations.
The most concerning issue is that we already told to take care and inform if the hotel doesnot cook beef, as we have some religious sentiments. But the hotel booked even after so much request , no heed taken. The remote location of hotel also doesnot allow to take food from outside.we have to make use of leftover biscuits for dinner.
On call, they are simply not bothered and said that nothing like that is written in your voucher. Thats there excuse.
Conclusion:- Yatra.com is biggest cheat.
We met others travellers from thomas cook and make my trip and no such issues with them. This proves the 3rd class service of yatra.
