I’m a regular customer of Yatra.com booked flight tickets for my family. **I had booked Air tickets for going from Coimbatore to Mumbai.** **The name of the flight was Kingfisher IT-3173 The journey date was 24th October 2011.**
The required details are as follows:
YATRA REFERENCE NUMBER: 7920880
Unfortunately, we missed the flight due to traffic. On the reaching at the airport, the gates for boarding the flight had closed. Hence the journey was cancelled. I immediately called Yatra.com to inform this incident.**They told that I would be refunded Rs.17136 after all other charges including the Yatra charges**. The customer representative said that the refund would be processed within 7-8 days and would be credited to my account. I had booked this ticket through my Debit Card.
But, even after almost two months, the amount is not credited in my account. I called the customer representatives several times to ask the reason for the delay, they all said that the payment was already processed and would be credited within 1-2 days. I have checked with my account and found out that the payment is still not credited in my account.
.Hence the total refund I am yet to receive is Rs.17136. So, I am utterly disappointed with Yatra.com because of their inefficiency. I think they are not interested to retain their regular customers because if they continue to do like this I am sure customers will never do the booking through this website.
