My friendly advise to all Travelers is do not book from Yatra as your holiday/booking will be unfriendly and horrifying.
I consider my self Lucky as the issue surfaced before I travelled
I booked a ticket to Katmandu with Combo offer post confirmation from the call center that Katmandu does not need Passport. My Passport had expired and due for renewal.
Post booking documents were floated by Yatra.com for Mandatory requirement of passport.
As a obvious response I called the call center
The call center is a Ramsays horror show. Caller 1 will verify pass to caller 2. Before caller 2 attends wait for 15 mins break and Caller 2 again will verify and will pass to caller 3. If you lose patience and raise your voice caller 3 will become vindictive he will again pass to caller 4 to domestic which is not your need
It is complete unprofessional and pathetic service. Kindly don’t ever think of Yatra.com to keep yourself in good health and wealth
