HI All, I tried not to write this review but Yatra’s ignorance forced me to write this as I tried to contact them so many times, but they never replied.
I had booked an international trip for Bali last December 2015. When I first inquired, then you get bombardment of calls from them like what you want, when, how and all those things. Once you book it, there is no reply from them and you have to run behind them for the status of your booking. They did commitment to give 7500/- cash discount+ Rs 10000/- yatra e cash once you complete the trip. I had read multiple reviews where they have told not to book with Yatra as they cheat and also they never give you that Yatra ecash thing.
And it has come true. My trip is over almost 2 months back and even after so many emails and chasing they have not given any yatra ecash.
So better not to book with yatra as they make false commitments.
