Few days back we received a promotional call from AMAN & RAJAN ARYA from YATRA.COM. We were told about promotional vouchers worth Rs 40, 000 on a payment of Rs 7719 saying CLEARLY that we could club the vouchers and redeem them at ONE GO. This was confirmed by the above two agents AGAIN and AGAIN and this is the reason why we went for the offer.
However today we received our vouchers and they clearly says it can’t be clubbed, this was confirmed by the customer care executive. We have filed a complaint with the escalation department…. And have asked for refund. This is a clear case of LYING and FRAUD and if no action is taken we will go to the CONSUMER COURT and post this on all SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES.DO NOT buy such coupons and BEWARE of such promotional calls. This gives the impression that YATRA.com IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED*.
