Booked 2 tickets from Delhi-Bagdogra (return).. Initially, there were some problems as the website showed a flight as non-stop, wherby it had 1 stop. When contacted the customer service, they were unable to provide me a solution.
Frustated, I mailed all the senior guys (link given at the website including the direct emails).
You wont believe..within 20 min of mailing, I received a apologetic reply from the founder and my tickets got changed to an alternate non-stop flight (which had a higher charge) free of cost.
They paid for their mistake.. but in today’s era, this was LIGHTNING FAST.
I HIGHLY recommend yatra.com..guys at lower level may not be authorized to take decisions..but the senior management does have a sense of empathy towards us customers, and am sure with this approach the day is not far when yatra would be way ahead of its competitors.
