In the month of june I planned to visit to kolkata so I booked my ticket from yatra site. as per my friend suggest that is is best for tour and travel. but the experince comes beyond the wish I was surprise that whole moths pass but I could’nt get my tickets conform so I call the customer care but you won’t belive that they don’t even responded to m call. so I wish to cancel my ticket and try some other site buy after canciling also they don’t return my money back so I FIR on the company. after few week the company customer care call back any return my money. and told sorry for the problems that I faced during the time.
