It took me pretty long to reach to a customer care represtative........... "your call is important to us, one of our travel consultant will shortly be there to assist you", this is what I was totally on for this prolonged period, still i’m holding up. The reason of call was refund of the canceled amount back to my credit card, after I cancel one ticket and since it was more than 3 days, I just thought of calling up.
i\I wish sometime they will pick up the phone. Being totally frustrated I thought of sharing the same with you guys. I don’t know how long does it take to other sides, but it took me... wait hold on, just got their connection....it was only 1/2 an hour, pretty fast I guess............. better than bsnl, or is it????? I guess.
Do you guys know any other better website, for booking of airlines.... which will be authentic and fast and service will be pretty good. please share your thoughts.......And this is a pretty bad feature of forcing one to write 150 words at least..... hey mouthshut, are you listening?
