Based on the availability shown on the website Yatradham.org, I have booked two deluxe Air Conditioned rooms for 05 December 2025 at Hotel Haritha Srisailam . I made a payment of Rs. 4462.50 using BHIM UPI. I received a message from Yatradham on 01 December 2025 at 9 AM stating that the reservation could not be confirmed and that I would be offered alternate accomodation which was not upto standards. After much debate with their customer service officer Mr.Jay, I was offered a refund to the payment source. However, the payment has not been credited back to source. When I requested for a transaction number, Yatradham has provided an incorrect transaction reference number. Upon requesting for a valid transaction number, they have directed me to the refund process video and failed to provide an explanation. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS - DO NOT TRUST YATRADHAM - I HAVE FORMALLY FILED CYBERCRIME COMPLAINT, CONSUMER FOURM COMPLAINT AND WILL TRY TO GET THEM BANNED IN ALL MY CIRCLES
