Tadam de tudum...........? Must be wondering what’s this. Tadam de tudum these are the lines spoken by Mandeep Sodi(commonly known as Mandy-name given by her best friend pooja-puji). Hey.....hey.....hey wait this serial is not about Mandy but about our now very popular Pooja Rasiklal Mehta from Ghatkopar.
THE PLOT
:Pooja(shama Sikandar) is a Lowar middle class girl who has high dreamz(the promos of which were very nicely publicised in the beginning) of entering into the film industry in the field of direction.This serial shows the trials and tribualations faced by her through her journey.How she joins St.Martins college by faking her fathers signatures but later on proves her worth.
She is a very hard workking girl and idiolises Karan johar. Through her simplicity and straight forwardness she wins the her college principal and teachers.She also makes friends like reema here.Initially she is skeptical about friendship with guys due to her family restrictions but later has friends Akkash and Ronit( I seriously didn’t understand how she changed Ronit).

Like every serial or a movie has their own specialities or the lines that are a part of the serial i.eKeep regularly repeating this serial too has some special phrases.That typical Gujju ascent and lines like ’’Hey Bhagwan Ghumado apna Magic Wand and kar do meri problems ka end’’-by Pooja during her problems.’’tadam de tudum’’- Mandy(these lines according to her means kamaal ho gayaa).’’You Verny’’-by Annie for insulting pooja(according to me to continue the plot....;)), and yes ofcourse the title song......

Pooja Mehta is a girl from Ghatkopar.Unliked the typical heavily made up Jassi(Jassi Jaisi Koi nahi) and Nikki(Dekho Magar Pyar se) our Pooja does not have specks nor does she have braces or two lpony tails.She simple sweet and hard working girl and represents the girl next door.The other Charecters in the serial include:
FAMILY:-her father-Rasiklal Mehta, mother-Sudha Mehta, brother-Paresh, sisters-Purnima, can’t remmember the name of other and the vampish modern Bindu-Jayshree bua.

And the list of Characters goes on...... : The serial is a little hatke serial with quiet a n original plot including a few variations here and there.The casts are perfectly Charecterised and there is all the spice required in the right quantity for me to suggest you to taste this meal!!
