Item displayed and delivered were not same

I ordered a lee jeans worth 1400 around after 40% discount .it was looking straight fit and normal on their website.customer care called me to confirm order I confirmed choose previously cash on delivery. So I paid 1400 after receiving my order.but when I tried, it was narrow fit  , pockets were so small that even a small kid could not able to fit his wallet and look like cheap jeans.


So call back customer care and lodge a complaint.my order reverse dispatched to yebhi.com so they ask me to refund using their coupons then I ask them to refund my money not coupon so they promised me to return money via a cheque within 10 to 15 days.


I am not able to understand when you got your product then why do you need 10 to 15 day just to sign a cheque that is customer’s money, and why do fool people??


What you are showing you should deliver that, not some cheap sort of thing.may be you people understand that customers are not blind .
