I am a regular customtakeouter of Yebhi.com and have ordered several products.
Yebhi has a good off sale discounts, however the product quality is mostly poor or old. Once I even got Black shoe which was brown polished as black. However after repeated complaining, The escalation team took matter in their hand and get it resolved. Lokesh was helpful.
NOW MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE ARAMEX COURIER.
Even after the dispatch being done by Yebhi, ARMEX takes 5 days to reach NAGPUR and to my place in Nagpur. One of my assignments are in Nagpur since Yesterday Morning and they dont have people to deliver it to me. This is unacceptable from any courier company.

PLEASE CHANGE YOUR CONTRACT FROM ARAMEX. They have only 1 delivery person and no delivery is done if he is on leave.
Another challenge was to buy cheap offsale product and pay Rs. 45 as courier service per product even when you are buying multiple product at the same time.
If Yebhi can club these shipment and charge only Rs. 45 per shipment and not per piece, it will be a great deal shopping with Yebhi.
Look forward to purchase more products from Yebhi and would appreciate if they can change their Policies for customtakeouter’s satisfaction and mutual benifit.
