Fake Branded products and Misleading Commitments.

My issue is not yet resolved till such time


1) I get my refunds which first they claimed by today noon but now they claim by Tuesday Wednesday.


2) They give a reasonable explanation as to why it takes 3-4 working day just to get the same updated in their systems after receiving the physical products in their warehouse delivered by their own logistics.


3) In this process(where already they have taken 2 -3 days first to get the item picked up from Delhi -we live less then 20 kms from their warehouse, then they need 3-4 working days to get updated) if products get misplaced like they(misplaced a pair of shoe last time when they asked us to cooperate and we waited patiently for 4 days) or products gets damaged who would be responsible?


4) Customer had a good intention he called back the company 15 minutes after trying that he is not satisfied now because of company own service delays you damage or loose the items why put customers to ransom?


5) Till now I am not able to get satisfactory explanation on how same brand have no standard sizes for M L or XL and many times a smaller size label can be equal or even bigger then bigger immediate bigger size.


6) They ask you that their company has no question ask policy but when you call back their customer care or write on face book wall they would like to know in detail all the reason about why you want to return blah blah and would want you to write the same with product codes returning in the packets on a piece of paper.


7) Call center people would know nothing they would commit you one thing one day and another thing next day sometimes they would say it may take 24 hrs for a b c service next day they may say it may take even 3-4 or even 6-7 days according to their own convenience. Call them and keep wasting your money on calls at your expense.


8) Trust me till such time you buy products from them and if you don’t like them use them as your night suits they would be good once you go back with any issue that is when real pain starts, after everyone is happy till such time money goes in their pocket but when it comes to refunds who wants to give it back same theory applies here too.


9) See it is still ok to accept that refund would take 24-48 hrs etc and is understandable but to update the returned products in your systems if they take 3-4-5-6. days is very irrational why would anyone need so much time for it? What happens if because of these many days they take the products go damaged or lost(same happened to us last time but since logistics company was also yebhi we were lucky) I am sure people who are so unethical that they can at onset block you from posting your issue on their wall can very quickly say it came damaged from customer itself and then another mental torture.


10) Is it normal for a customer to inquire all this and how you people will feel if your request inquiries concenrns are blocked and removed so to escape themselves from public disgrace, what would this leave in the mind of customers and about they company, even road side paan shops wala would behave and show better courtesy and manners then these uneducated idiots.


11) Now a customer who is already worried and apprehensive from his one last experience where they misplaced a returned product out of goodness is chasing his return on his own and also updating their customer care but all they do is stop your freedom of speech.


12) Customer out of his goodness at best can report the company immediately if he is not satisfied with the product, and same I did took deliver after paying them in advance tried and not satisfied with size called them back in 15 minutes told them about my returns what more a humble and good a customer can be here and they still expect us to cooperate.


13) We never even wanted to bring this discussion and who wants to waste his/her valuable time where he or she can do much better things in world and learn then teaching these useless uneducated fools manners and behavious and reminding them of their own service commitments mentioned on their site.


14) Imagine last time we tried their tried recharge from their website first time with very small amount and it failed and trust me more time(calling CC Avenue)and money was wasted to request refunds for the same as well, we sent them a copy of CC Avenue confirmation but they kept claiming money is still not in their account and never recharged the number we had to call CC Avenue Mumbai again to communicate to them and tell them and when they wrote email and after so much mental torture they refunded before that they had same scripted replies 24-48 hrs and after 48 hrs again the same loop.


15) Why do these people treat customers wrongly with pre conditioned mindsets, their motto is customers first second third maybe it should yebhi first yebhi staff second customer third.


16) I have so many broken shoes lying in my garage which got torn out after 3-4 months of wearing is it acceptable that big branded products can wear out in such less times, then you say to yourselves it is ok for the price you have paid for but then they should not claim that products are not first class and genuine.


17) Are they ready to take back all those shoes and give refunds for the same, though my intention is not at all that here, it is just I want to put a frank discussion here.

Dear Vikas,As discussed with you. The product has been picked up on 11th and received by our warehouse today. Your refund would be processed by tomorrow noon.The products that we sell on Yebhi.com are always genuine branded products. The same can be verified at any brand outlet or office.RegardsYebhi.com
