Ordered women’s clothing online on April 21, 2014 from Yebhi.com.(YBH5474411) It has been 1 month & the product has NOT been delivered yet.
When I ordered the item, the website offered delivery in 10 days. There has been absolutely NO communication from their end about why it is delayed or a revised estimate. I had to follow up multiple times with their customer care. First time they informed they will deliver in 72 hrs. It has been 2 weeks after that, yet I have not received it yet.
Next time they had multiple excuses: that it’s an international product, that vendor has not got back to them & that 10 days estimate shown in their website is from the date vendor supplies to them!
Extremely bad experience with yebhi! Regret that I did not read reviews before shopping with yebhi!
