I have ordered 2 Puma T-Shirts from this site..after I received the product.. it was not at all looking a new t-shirt..Color and print was washed..just like an old T-shirt.. I complained about this on the customer care. They responded well in time and assured me that they will issue me a gift voucher withing 24 hours for the amount that I have paid.


I got my voucher within 24 hrs.Very prompt service by yebhi customer support..

Dear Aarti,The order you mentioned was placed in october. Over the last 6 months we have not recieved any complaint from you that the article was old or faded. For issues related with product quality, we allow customers upto 30 days to raise a complaint following which, we get the product reverse picked from the customers address so that corrective action can be taken.
