YEBHI BIG CHEATERS
I had some time back bought some curtains from YEBHI.COM, after few days I received the ordered product and on opening the parcel I found the product received quiet different from the one as listed on the YEBHI site, I contacted YEBHI customer care in this regard and accordingly shipped all the 5 curtains to YEBHI refund. After few days I was told one of the 5 curtains had which I had sent had some stains and cannot be entertained for refund, I was very disappointed to hear this BIG lie from them which had no truth in it as I had only seen the product once that that too inside the polythene covering. Ultimately I received an email in my inbox intimating me that your product has been reshipped as it could not be considered for refund, I was very disappointed to hear this as I have been shopping online for around 5 years have been a very satisfied customer of ebay.in, MYNTRA.com, snapdeal and and did knew exactly all the precautions while returning an order.
The big cheating was yet to happen, once the product was received back by me I was traumatized to see some cheap cloth with lot of dust and stains (some kind of a women wear) wrapped inside a polythene on opening up the packet. Hahahahaha..... It was the biggest joke that had happened to me in all these years... Believe me I was like shell shocked to see it and honestly felt very pity for YEBHI as they just robbed me for just a meager amount of Rs 640/-. By this I think we should get an idea how cheap and unethical YEBHI is.
I request buyers to please think thousand times before buying anything from YEBHI, as God forbid you can get robbed anytime from this cheap online shopping site.
