Yebhi is best to make fool to consumer. I have ordered galaxy grand and orderd order no is YBH4435065. For same product I have ordered on 11 Sept 2013 and order no YBH4354418. Payment made by credit card and my bank statement is generated and made payment to bank also. Everyday I communicated to customer care but they didn’t given proper response and they canceled my order without informing me. But they didn’t refund my money and told me to order different product. Once again I have ordered same product. Still they didn’t send my mobile and till date same product is available.
What policy they made, if they cancel my ordered they have to refund my money. But they are forcing me order different product. They are selling product as per their requirement not customer choice. Their executive is very smart just they try to make fool customer and make false commitment.
Amit and depak from escalation team are made false commitment and forced me to give order for same product. After this also they didn’t send product
