YEBHI - bad service

A colleague of mine had a real bad experience with Yebhi recently


He have purchased some items through yebhi.com by order no. YBH280285 dated 09.02.2011 amounting to Rs1046.51 and also received it through trackon courier on 16.02.2011. He was shocked when he opened the parcel seeing the tracksuit which was torn & not in good condition.


He immediately contacted yebhi customer care and they advised him to send it back to them & assure to replace it. He sent this item through same courier vide no. 227172901 on 18.02.2011 and since then he has not received any message regarding this from yebhi.com even I have contacted them many times through phone but was told this item was not received yet. What should we do now?


Have vowed never to purchase from this site. Snapdeal is anyday better
