The Lotto shoes yebhi.com sent to me one right leg shoe shown a defect after 2 months that the sole got detached. yebhi.com said to send photographs which sent after that they said they will not be able to replace shoe as I have utilized 1 month buyback period.
I said I used the shoe very gently only in weekend on Friday to office and used only 6/7 times. They say as per their policy of 1 month they will not replace the shoe. When asked about call center number of LOTTO shoes, they give a number from Delhi distributor (after 2 days of asking) who do not talk properly and when talked about my issue he said they are sales guys and don’t handle service issues.
My question is why they sell such products which shows defect after their buyback date. Also when compared same model of shoe from local shoe store found the huge quality difference though both are made from China.
Now I am unable to use the shoe and my hard earned money is with those thugs. Now I got no one to help me not even yebhi.com or lotto shoes authorities/distributors.
