Yebhi.com sells poor quality and defected products

Yebhi.com is selling poor quality & defected products at their online store. I have experienced it once again. I have placed an order of Woodland shoes of Rs. 4495/- on 26/09/2012 and received it on 28/09/2012. I wore this on 01/10/2012 and and in office I have noticed a major quality difference in the leather and appearance of both shoes. It was noticed by my colleagues and friends also that right shoe is defected. On 02/10/2012, I have contacted yebhi customer support and a supervisor confirmed me that shoe will be replaced with any questions.

I have created a return order for this product on same day and product reverse pickup was done on 03/10/2012. After that, they have started molding their statements that shoe will not be replaced and same shoe will be reshipped. After spending such a large amount of money for a shoe, I got defected products. Yebhi is not caring about any of their customers. They are only for looting the money of customers. Once they get money from any customer, they do not care about the satisfaction of customer. They never get ready to replace any of defected product or poor quality product.

Please beware of Yebhi.com in future. I will not recommend any other online store but definitely recommend to quit Yebhi.com as soon as possible.
