I highly recommend Yebhi for shopping. I have been shopping online for past 2-2 1/2 years now. Faced many issues with some portals and shopped happily with many. Mostly being international portals as online shopping didn’t receive much of positive response in INDIA. After shopping with yebhi, I have dedicated all my purchases to yebhi. Though there might be some mistake that happens in order processing but yebhi team has always stood up splendidly to resolve the issues at a much faster pace than any other portal yet to be experienced by me.

Mr. BIJU, refunds team, and Mr. Amit Miglani and Mr. Rahul Bajaj, have always assisted in the best possible manner to ensure that I make all my purchases from yebhi, even if there occurred a minor problem in past order processing. And till date I continually place order every 2 days or so because of excellent service.
For all other yebhi customers, please do not go by the reviews on mouthshut blindly. I’m sure people faced problems as mentioned in their reviews, but trust me it’s a basic business challenge that every organisation faces. Give yebhi a chance to resolve it and you will see positive results yourself.
Though I do not deny the fact that their customer support team need much more improvement in their customer handling skills. The rest of the teams assist quite satisfactory.
